Most of what makes drainage last is below ground. Get the falls, stone and connections right and the water keeps moving. Get them wrong and it comes back the next wet winter.

Drainage FAQs
Can you do drainage on its own, without a patio or driveway?
Yes. Standalone drainage is a big part of what we do: waterlogged lawns, flooding drives and pooling patios, with no paving involved.
Does my new driveway need drainage by law?
Usually, yes. If you're paving over a front garden with a hard surface bigger than five square metres, it needs to drain to a soakaway or permeable area rather than run onto the road. Otherwise you may need planning permission. We build yours the compliant way as standard, so it's never a problem.
Can you actually fix a waterlogged lawn?
In most cases, yes. It usually comes down to land drains carrying the water to a soakaway sized for your ground. We'll survey it first and tell you honestly what will make the difference.
Does rain stop you working?
Not for drainage. It's water work, so a wet day is often the best time to see exactly where the problem is. That means we can usually fit drainage jobs in quickly.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance.
